Today was the sausage challenge! 10 kilos of mince...pork and leek, pork and apple, morcilla (spanish black pudding) and cumberland sausage too. I have saved about 1/2 k of the pork and apple sausage meat for a Christmas stuffing. 1/2 k of the pork and leek was made into pies and they were very tasty indeed!
The kitchen looked like a blood bath after the morcilla was made. Everything is hanging on the terrace to dry...looks a bit like a butchers!
